Accessibility Statement

Last updated: June 2026

Our Commitment

SettlementDecisions.com is committed to ensuring that our website, tools, and content are accessible to people with disabilities. We strive to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at the AA level, which defines requirements for designers and developers to improve accessibility for people with disabilities.

What We Do

Semantic HTML

Proper heading hierarchy, landmark regions, and ARIA labels for screen reader navigation.

Color Contrast

Text and interactive elements meet WCAG AA contrast ratios for readability.

Responsive Design

Full functionality on all screen sizes without horizontal scrolling or content loss.

Keyboard Navigation

All interactive elements (forms, buttons, links, tools) are operable via keyboard alone.

Known Limitations

While we strive for full accessibility, some interactive chart visualizations and third-party embedded content may not yet fully meet WCAG 2.1 AA standards. We are actively working to improve these areas and provide text alternatives where possible.

Feedback

If you experience difficulty accessing any part of our site, or have suggestions for improvement, please contact us at contact@settlementdecisions.com. We take accessibility feedback seriously and will respond within 2 business days.
